By accessing or using Travel Legacy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Travel Legacy is

Travel Legacy is a private platform designed to help you discover, preserve, and reflect on the journeys that shaped who you became. To be clear about what it is not, Travel Legacy is not:

• A travel planning platform
• A booking service
• A social network
• A therapy, counseling, or coaching service
• A medical service
• A personality test

It is a calm, private space for reflection — nothing more, and nothing it pretends to be.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Travel Legacy.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting your credentials, and the activities that occur through your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Travel Legacy only the limited license necessary to host, process, and display that content back to you as part of providing the service.

Prohibited conduct

When using Travel Legacy, you may not:

• Violate laws or infringe intellectual property rights
• Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with platform operation
• Upload malicious content
• Harass others
• Circumvent security measures

AI-generated content

Travel Legacy may generate interpretations and narratives. These outputs are informational and subjective, may be incomplete, and may contain errors. They are interpretations, never facts — and you remain responsible for any decisions based on them.

No professional advice

Travel Legacy does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for counseling, therapy, or coaching. It is a reflective tool, and nothing within it should be treated as professional advice.

Early access

Travel Legacy is being released in stages. Features may change, be modified, delayed, or removed, and access may be limited or revoked at Travel Legacy’s discretion as capacity allows.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is an opportunity to request early access; it does not guarantee access, timing, eligibility, or availability in all locations, and requires no purchase. By joining, you agree to receive communications about access invitations, product updates, and service announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time, and we may modify or discontinue the waitlist program at any time.

Intellectual property

Travel Legacy trademarks, branding, software, and materials remain the property of Travel Legacy and its licensors.

Privacy

Your use of Travel Legacy is governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.

Disclaimers and termination

Travel Legacy is provided on an “as is” basis during early access. Travel Legacy may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service or comply with the law.
